CSTR8 Golf Technology - Weighted Discovery

Weighted Discovery

The material chosen by CSTR8 Golf Technology is Aluminum. Once this was decided, CSTR8 Golf Technology had to understand the different grades associated with Aluminum. Using the same criteria listed in an earlier post, this grade of Aluminum outperformed all others within this class.

The material brings CSTR8 Golf Technology into the design of the putter. This will take a few posts to understand the journey. What is important in design? The golf industry would have you believe it is about Weight and Moment of inertia. (MOI) These features are part of the conversation.

In an earlier post I mentioned how if I work with you, I will work to get you to understand that release happens in your irons and woods. The putter is no different. The release with a putter is subtle, but it is there. The player can reject this thought, it is there right. CSTR8 Golf Technology went after why the golf industry uses so much weight in every putter produced. The bases for the research in this case, was at what specific gram weight does the putter release on its own without the player influencing the motion. CSTR8 Golf Technology knows the exact Gram weight range the putter head flow thru the ball and the putter head is released. Each putter head is designed with the target weight +/- 1 Gram. Step 1 in design accomplished.
