CSTR8 Golf Technology - Belief in knowing

Belief in Knowing

Trust in knowing, is the biggest block every player has. The player is ready, but the player does not believe. It is the Psychology of the player that does not allow performance.

Let us start exploring the Vision/Brain partnership. CSTR8 Golf Technology believes this is where performances lives. The written word makes it seem simple but is the most complex task the player will ever try to master.

Throughout sports and entertainment history we have all been witness to extraordinary performances. Whether in sports or entertainment they have given all of us memories. To watch athletes, musicians, and actors or even public speakers perform leave us amazed. How do they achieve this level of performance. Repetition is the word that is commonly used. This is correct. They practice their craft, refining it, getting it ready to perform. We get to see the results in their performance. The player must put in the time. While the player is putting their time something takes over. The reps, the rounds create a known performance skill. We all know a player that can execute in different areas in golf. Putting, Short game, Driving. The player in theses example has a specific skill that they have gained control over. It is what saves them during their round of golf. The frustration to the player is it is not complete.

How does the player take their one skill set and unlock performance throughout their round of golf? By letting go. You have already learned the skills necessary to perform, you just do not believe in the learned performance.
