In developing CSTR8 Golf Technology, I first looked at the "WHY" and how difficult it is to maintain success. Teaching the game for over 20 years with all levels of golfers has brought me many insights on the difficulty of performance. The biggest flaw is not in a player's stroke, but in the way the player sees their intended line.
Collecting data on every range of player showed exactly what I experienced in teaching a Putting lesson. The player would put the putter behind the ball anywhere from .5 to 6 degrees left or right of their intended start line. Why does the player push or pull putts? The brain is trying to bring the ball back in line with the correct start line.
To create the "WHY" for every player is my journey. To provide the player with proof, CSTR8 Golf Technology created the first of its kind Laser fitting model. CSTR8 Golf has embedded a laser within a putter model to identify how the player sees a straight putt from 12 feet. This is the beginning of change in the golfer's performance on the putting surface.
